Not resolved

I signed a three year contract for home security in April of 2012. My monthly premium was automatically deducted from our checking account.

In April of 2015 after meeting my obligation, I decided not to renew with Safe Home Security. Looking at my credit report, I find that Safe Home Security claims I continued to pay monthly premiums for 13 additional months, (didn't happen), and that I am now over 120 days past due, (not true). Why would I pay premiums for service I was not receiving nor wanted? Repeated attempts to get this issue resolved have been unsuccessful.

I always get a sympathetic voice on the phone who notices my account was closed in April of 2015 and that I am not past due, however the false statements on my credit report are still there. I am beyond frustrated!

This company is completely irresponsible and lacking in customer service. If you're looking for a home security company, look elsewhere.

Preferred solution: Correct the false statements on my credit report..
