These people are completely incompetent and dishonest. I wish I had never heard of them.

They could not even call when my alarms were going off all day. This is their only function and they could not even do that. Their technicians are poorly trained and even sent the police out when they were "working" on the system. They tell you different stories or you wait for them to show up all day only to tell you that they cannot fix it or do anything so they will have to send someone else out.

They always tell you how the tech they sent out prior did not know what they were doing. Their answer to everything is that you are stuck with them. There is no thought of ever treating you like a human being, you are only a monthly payment to them. Their customer service is non existent, so do not expect any.

They cannot even answer simple questions about your account and instead give you incorrect information that is not even your account. Do yourself a big favor and avoid them!
