Safe Home Security - Service rep
I call SH to schedule an agent to come out to check my malfunctioning alarm.He never calls or shows up.Poor customer service.The agent on the phone I talk to us nice but SH has some major issues when it comes to CS.

Safe Home Security - Very bad service
I wish I never had this security company. The equipment creates false alarm . I ended up paying the police. I sent a cancellation letters twice. I made a phone call to let them know that I don’t need their service but they don’t honor my request.

I signed up with Safe Home Security back around 2008 when I bought a new home. It was a five year contract. In 2013 Safe Home AUTOMATICALLY renewed my contract for another five years (until March of 2018). I have never had my system checked by them or the batteries...Read more
