Horrible Customer Service!

After several phone calls and emails my issue still isn't resolved. They want to send a tech and more likely than not have me replace equipment in a RENTED HOUSE!! I have already told them I refuse! They need to update my panel, but that comes at the cost of extending a contract I already want no parts of.... Do your research BEFORE you sign ANYTHING!

Cancel service

I would like to cancel my service with your company as of 06/7/2022. My reason for canceling is tha you are not able to supply additional equipment I need (keyless entry). I regret I have to cancel.

I was told via a chat that I needed to email Safe Home Security at : Customercare@***.com. I attempted to do that and didn't get a site to complete an email. After several attempts, this is the site I got to. My current contract ends on April 24, 2022. I am giving you my official written notice that I want to cancel our service. Thak you.

Incorrect and missing information on my on line account, Profile page.

I signed in on my on line account only to find out it has the wrong name listed on the Profile page. It has a "Rulon Eko". Who the *** is that? The only information that I found on the profile page that showed that it had anything to do with me was my email address. No information of any kind, no name, no contact information, not even my account number is listed. Fortunately, I have paper work with my account number on it. The web site is absolutely the poorest and most useless , and most non-user friendly I have ever encountered.

Scammers

One of the techs from this company knocked on my door stating he was from another company and needed to upgrade my equipment. I didn't really even consider calling and checking because he had my password and everything from SAFE security. Turns out safe security had gone out of business and sold my contract to another company. The guy was not associated with either company. I signed a contact when they updated my equipment thinking I was simply renewing. Ended up with two security company's and they will not cancel. Offered to let me buy out my contract.

Wouldn’t let me out of service when I moved to rental

I moved from my residence into a rental and they were still charging me service which was left at the home that I moved from. I told them the situation but they wouldnt let me cancel.

Then they said. I had a contract I dont remember signing asked them to email the contact they said they would but never did. Then I moved again. Two years later they start sending me a bill at my new house saying I owe over a thousand dollars!

Lately they called again saying I can pay $500 and get out of the contract. I said no later I thought about it and I was going to.pay them to have them stop harassing me So I called them but now they said I would have to pay $500 and stay with this company. Or pay over thousand.

I dont want to stay with this company any more. Scammers!!!

Worst company to have a security system with.

I have been with Safe Home Security (SHS) for 11 years, and this month I sold my home within 2 weeks. I called and informed them that I will no longer needing the service because moving out of state. They informed me that needed to send in an email which I did twice and now they are saying I needed 90 days for cancellation. They renewed my contract which I did not authorized and will have to wait until next July 1922 for my contract and stop taking out payment from my bank for service I no longer have or need.

This company is a scam. They renew your contract without your consent, despite reaching out to them prior to the expiration of your contract.

This company is a scam. They renew your contract without your consent, despite reaching out to them prior to the expiration of your contract. I called them sometimes last year to inform them about my intention not to move forward with doing business with them once my contract is over. They informed me that my contract will not come to an end until September 2021. I sent a written email to them sometimes in October 2021, only for them to inform me that I should have sent a written letter to them 60 days prior to the expiration of my contract. They kept asking me reasons I do not wish to renew my contract, and told them it is best known to me. They reached out to me sometimes last year after I informed them I'm no longer interested in their services, only to attract me with Mega savings. And, I still declined their offers. Please, seriously, this company is a big scam, avoid doing business with them as much as possible.

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING! I am locked into a 66 month contract with a system that broke 6 months after they installed it. Nobody shows to appointments set to fix it. Managers never call back. NO credits given for 28 months without service. RUN!
