Very expensive and too long of contracts which I am getting ready to quit so do what you want don't care anymore

the is the worse company I ever had for many years , when I even had for years when you call for help usually wait 45 min before they answer the phone . I change my phone company , told them to change alarm , but they want to raise up $ 5 per months , in order to change it and re- start 36 months contract, when I refuse and change to ADT, they continue to charge me for my account. The billing department in this company is unreal. My monthly charge that is automatically deducted from my account is $39.99, so I was surprised on August 5 when they withdrew $162.96 from my account. I spent THREE HOURS on the phone with their billing department and was told that they'd made an error. I signed up for home security w/a company called Pinnacle. Since that time, my home security has been sold twice (after Pinnacle). I am currently w/Safe Security and have nothing good to say. First, why is it I am not notified prior to the sale. Don't I have a say? I chose Pinnacle, I was forced to remain with the next two companies. I fulfilled my 3 yr contract with these people. They tried to say I had a 5 yr contract. I proved to them i did not. All was fine. Out of the blue in Jan, 2016, they notify Equifax that I owe them over a $1000. They have ruined my credit out of pure malice. It will take the rest of my life to straighten it out. I never received any notification from Home Security that they thought I owed them. I despise these crooks for what they've done... Read more

Absolutely horrible! My smoke alarm was going off due to heavy smoke in kitchen stove, no dispatch was ever called in. I called safe home and they responded with the following, sorry but we no longer monitored our service due to I never called in on a monthly basis to update the alarm service. My well meaning husband that works night shift had this company come out and install an alarm system. It has been a nightmare from that moment on. The tech was suppose to be there between 1pm and 4pm on the day of install. He did not arrive until 6:30pm and remain in my home until 10:45pm installing the system. I could not put my kids to bed with him in the house and I had to get up for work at 4:30am the next morning. Then he did not have... Read more

Worst company ever!!! Please read all the reviews, and you will be able to see how this company stills the money from customers. Equipment is cheap and not good quality. Safe takes money out from the accounts with out authorization.

Stay away from this unscrupulous company. Keep taking funds from my account even after my contract is cancelled. They provide my service. Pushy sales representative that won't take no for an answer.

SAFE SECURITY PROBLEM. Yellow caution light came on panel indicating low battery. Made a special trip to battery store to get special battery since DSC system requires 12 volt 8AH. Installed easily but caution light stayed on. Started this frustration on April 23 with friendly operators on phone but problem still not resolved after at least 4 calls for service.
