Safe Home Security - They should be in jail.
Safe Security hurt my credit, stole money from my bank account illegally, insulted me on the phone. Absolute ***.
The failed to cancel my service and renewed my contract after I told them I wanted to cancel. I then revoked automatic withdrawal access from my bank account and they continued to take money anyway. The customer service rep told me that not being able to afford the service wasn't her problem. Very rude.
How can this "business" still be able to scam people?? 100% failure and a business and business owners.
Reason of review: Stole money from me.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Refund my money and take false information off my credit..

I called and e-mail to cancel. I was told I year from date they called to renew.
I did not agree was told by letter I had to pay for another year, plus I had inform them 90 before renewal, to cancel. A rip off company. They know batteries only last so long, but they do not send one. If the power goes off I have no security, hooked up to landline, not cell phone towers as other companies.
Very sorry hateful customer service. If they e-mail they are courteous.
I keep seeing all of these issues that everyone is having out of this horrible company!!! I've been having problems with getting it cancelled for 3 months now.
Is there anyone who has actually had their problem resolved?? I'm completely frustrated which is exactly what they count on!
