I stopped this service over a year ago, maybe longer. The company's own records should show exactly when, considering that there has been no connection between my house and this company for a very long time. I switched companies and have had no contact at all with or from Safe Home Security. But the company keeps charging my checking account the monthly fee of $29.99.The bank tells me I have to contact SHS to cancel this auto pay. I did that a long time ago. Sahe home said i sighned a contract wich they clearly state its not mine and trying to keep.me in a contract that i never wanted. Second i was told i might of got scammed by my new company which was a lie and they said that i would have a free fraud protection for 30 days which they charged me 10 dollars still. This company is a joke and dont fall for them . I will never ever go with this company ever again . I want to cancel everything and the new company will pay for contract U guys should a ashamed of your selfs scamming people ! Read more

I had Home Safe Security for a long time. Then another company stopped by and offered me an upgraded system for the same price. I went with the other company. I set a letter to HSS letting them know and received a letter stating I was in a contract with them until 2019. I called and asked what they were talking about and they sent me the copy of the agreement I signed last year. I thought I was just getting a warranty for batteries, not the whole system. My mistake. I was transferred a year into what I thought was a 3 year contract per the salesman but it was 5 years. The new buyer wants to assume the contract but SHS won't let him, they want him to sign a new 5 year contract and that scared him off (good for him). Where I moved, I am renting and the building owner will not allow a transfer of SHS even if they had service in this small rural town. The net result is I'm locked into paying another 4 years at $50 a month for something I can't bring with me and can't use. This is against the public... Read more

After receiving two calls within three hours today (and upwards of 40-50 in the past few months), I can't get my name off of their call list asking if I'd like to put a sign in my yard. I get calls from everywhere across the nation from a bot that's supposed to sound like an actual person in a call office. I've tried pressing every button (I've found that I can usually get off of a list by pressing 2) and saying almost every variant of "no" or "not interested." I have had safe home security, for 6 horrible years, i had it installed beacause i had recently became a widow, the salesman took advantage of my vulnerability . My gf was there an witnessed. He had me sign papers rushed, i did not kno i was signing a 6 year contract. And didnt find out till i tried to get out of it. I would not have. I have had the system since 2008, I went to a different phone carrier,i called and was told I could. Now they want me to upgrade the system for 200.00 not able to money wise. They send rude letters and calls and state that they are monitor my system . Big question HOW when the system is not working.They will not cancel the contract, and it is over 400.00 a year for what. Safe Security hurt my credit, stole money from my bank account illegally, insulted me on the phone. Absolute ***. The failed to cancel my service and renewed my contract after I told them I wanted to cancel. I then revoked automatic withdrawal access from my bank account and they continued to take money anyway. The customer service rep told me that not being able to afford the service wasn't her problem. Very rude. How can this "business" still be able to scam people?? 100% failure and a business and business owners. Read more

I had the system for three years. My alarm went off 5 times in that period and they only responded twice. Thank God nothing happened it was an error, but no phone call and no followup, no dispatch to police. I then decided to cancel it and it was coming due end of May. I called at the beginining of May and they had already renewed my contract. I was told they needed a cancelation in writing 60 days prior. Never got a bill. Was never told about the 60 day notice. I have had this alarm system for only 2 months and it has not worked since I had it. The company sent out 4 technicians to try and get 1 camera working to no avail. No one was able to fix it. I would advise and recommend that no one ever use this company. Some of the technicians are rude and yell at you as the customer. Some of the customer service representatives are rude. Would not give you the owner's name. Saying that you as the customer would never be able to talk to the owner of the company. You must deal with me. Just be glad... Read more
