Like the others this company is a robbery and a joke. They are all unprofessional and really disrespectful. My contract ends on 12/8 abd they are charging me for monitoring for January? Really. I have been trying to cancel my mothers contract for 1 year with safe home security , they will not let me cancel. It was always beeping for no reason. They would send a technician out to fix it. It would stop beeping for awhile and start again. Then another technician comes out and it the same thing. It was disturbing us very bad even while we where trying to sleep. Two problems with this company, one is that since I did not give them 60 days notice, although I called within that time, I was forced to pay and extra year of service, which I did not want. They didn't care at all. The second reason is now that I'm gone from them, my new security company needs the access code set to default, so that they can service my system. Our contract began on 12/27/10 and last year in October, I sent a cancellation request. They claimed that I needed to give at least 60 days notice to cancel. We switched over our monitoring from ADT (it worked flawlessly for 13 years) because ADT had placed price increases on us twice in less than a year. I was told it would be a fairly seamless transition. Well, my alarm system has worked for a total of maybe 14 days since it was installed over two years ago! My first bill had a processing fee that is not in my contract. When I called about it they said ok you don't have to pay it. The next bill and every bill since this charge shows up along with a late fee and finance charge for this processing fee. I have called several times and each time they tell me I don't owe these fees and they will remove them. It's been over a year and these bogus charges... Read more

I was also with the previous company when safe took over same horrible service the made me go into and extended contract with promises of better service and equipment I have paid so many fines in false alarm to my police department that when the police come they just smile and say again. I have had a total of maybe 6 moths of service since 2011 and 1 broken sliding door by their tech visit... Read more
